(2) Any material that offends the rights of others, including expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred. (3) Any material that is perceived by us or our users as abusive, deceptive, offensive, or inappropriate, including pornography. (4) Any use of material that contains viruses, corrupt files or other content which may harm polanoid.net or/and any of it’s users. (5) Uploading pictures and images that are not produced with analog instant photography. (6) Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation. Privacy Polanoid.net will never release any personal information of a member without the permission of that member or if required by law, but reserves the right to distribute demographic information provided by members. Copyrighted Material All material on the Site presented online, including, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, are protected by international copyright laws. Downloading or use is allowed by members for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to place any external material protected by copyright on polanoid.net without the express permission of it’s author or owner.
