2008-07-10 // 09:05:10 millioncolours Wow, looks really good, I also put up a film with 29 years old material, didn`t work out that pretty as yours did
Cheers

Hi, thanks, yup I saw it , it's always a gamble with film this old. I try to gently warm the film cartridge for several hours before putting it into the projector that first time when it processes it. Cheers and keep rocking on with Polavision, Hurrah VF
2008-06-17 // 06:09:13 zveliakine aaaargh...impossible to see it properly, it plays like a slide show and slows down my computer

OHHHH - it's not quite that bad on mine but still bad, I will ask WM to see what he can do, sorry, Hurrah VF
2008-06-17 // 00:37:35 g. i'm afraid also the encoding did harm - but maybe it was just my shitty mac ;-)
anyway. to the end, it went fluid. and i loved it (glad you kept the sound). special moments, hard to describe (for you sure more than for me, but just to let you know - it gets to a stranger, me at least).
i sat back and watched till the last second.
really glad you're still here.

Thanks:) I'm afraid on my PC (Windows XP) and Asus EEE PC (Linux) it's crap also so it 's the master encoding Polanoid uses to convert the file fomat - maybe the WM will help as before and encode again ? It's a shame as the quality of the tape is stunning for one so old but I use a special process to help development in the projector - gently heat the tape for several hours to get the chemicals (like glue due to age) to flow better.
My kids were with me for a brief time before returning to their mother, my world ends each time they leave.
Thanks for your kind words
Good to be here still too
Hurrah VF
