This type of aesthetics is my idea of perfection. Film/video, esp super 8, is the most touching medium to me, even more so than photography - and you've handled it amazingly well here. wish i could vote for it :)

this is so beautiful.. the colour and the movement..
it is so beautiful .. it travels through and although it is in spanish it is something which intreges me....
the translation is what deep feeling the movie reflects and this is a great thing to see...
it is the emotion that comes through

^ Thank you very much,i appreciate you liked it. I developed it through a spanish firm called buscandohormigas. I think they have a contract with ANDEC, a german lab. The easisest way is looking on the net, ANDEC »link and WITTNER »link are the main labs. But that's only if you're going to use Super8. If you want to use Polavision, Unsaleable is the only place i know! And yes, i cut it digitally, because i wanted to play with projection speeds and colors. On the other hand, physical cut is too difficult and problematic for me... |

hay!! no we have here lots of rusian cameras they are good like krasnogorsk or lomo ones. and what is good to very cheap.. the problem is material.. but i was searching yesterday ad there are some czech films.. fomapan very nice, tradfitional like triX i made lot photos on thous and they are good the grain is cool.. not that cool like in hp5 but still half price. i like it

how could i forget!?!>? cool, the best like the colour one to, to bad i have digital movies.. i wanted to buy rusian camera that works on 8 but.. ive found out a problem to buy this filmtype... but if i will it would be because of you!

^ I never tried Polavision, but you can get S8 film in many places through internet, mostly in Germnay and USA. And there're plenty of cameras on E-bay. The noise of the cameras, projectors, etc is just dreamy! You should try at least once! |

Excellent work Urizen and Fake_Palindrome. My congratulations. You both should keep making more movies. The film is deep and emotional and it is shot with great taste. The work of Stan Brackhage comes to my mind after watching this, even though his films are mostly silent. Are you familiar with his work? Again, great work.
