hmm,. whom to tell..
i spend some hours in some pubs in düsseldorf today. and i felt like some stranger in a strange land. how could i tell, that i lately spend xxx euros on type 57 polaroid film from america..or how lucky i felt that i got this workng Polaroid 600 SE on ebay? or that i planned to spend xxx Euros on 55 film? or how i worked to get this 545 back on the 600 se?
how to explain some "normal"- "hey- i-got-a-6 megpixel-cam-in-my-mobile-phone" guy the joy of playing? working? living? with polaroids? or how i tinkered with this cu-5 dental camera..or how i used the sx-70 with type 600 film.
am i crazy? or is just the rest of the world slightly strange?

Wish unsaleable had announced their Polaroid Impulse Passion pack a few weeks ago... I finally caved in and just bought an Impulse AF on ebay but would have jumped at the package on offer... oh well, you can't win 'em all!
EDIT: no wait, the camera I got sent was a regular Polaroid Impulse, No AF. I run so bad at buying cameras off non-English speaking ebay people, but at least this guy sent me a camera unlike this German dude who just took my money. Looks like I might be hitting up unsaleable after all...

i'm trying to figure out how this site works.
it confuses me a bit, as it's not as easy to use as myspace.com - !!
but i like it anyways.
i've found a musthave 600-pola-cam. it's pink and grey. i can't live without, so i will have to check ebay every day, to see if someone's selling it.
it's a musthave for a girl like me!

Yes the shipping for the sx-70 film is high, too high, the seller risks being reported by Ebay as this is not allowed as it's simply a fee avoidence scam but I guess they will all sell anyway - it's one of the reasons I don't buy this film -people ripping people off due to their passion. Cheers VF

Jamie - unsaleable ran out a few months ago. i've searched high & low and ebay is the only place i've seen it. you're right to be leary of how it was stored - i bought some from a fellow polanoider on ebay and it was fine - still saving 2 of them. i bought some from an unknown ebayer (expired within a few months of the other batch) & it was quite different. very flat & streaky & the chemical pods didn't spread as well. good luck.
