Hello pola-friends.
Got my films from ebay :-) and started scanning my polas..phew.. takes time using a cheap brother multifunction machine work alright just can't seem to get the depth and clarity to a 100% satisfaction... Any tips?
Also thanks a lot to all of who saw commented and voted for my first pictures. Alway nice with a warmth welcoming.

i have been wanting a polaroid propack camera for a while. i finally buy one on ebay and the seller did not make it known to me that there is battery acid and the corroded batteries in the flash pack. is the camera fixable? has this happened to anyone else?

i am so sorry my SLR 680 died only one week after i bought it from ebay. when i received it, it was not working 100% right but i managed to get a few good shots. but now when i put a pack of film in it, there is simply no response at all. does anyone know anywhere that can help my dear SLR 680 come back to life? thank you in advance

yesterday i DROPPED my SX-70. The Viewfinder broke. damm. and just today i´ve got new films from unsaleable..so i got three alternatives..working with my broken SX70..means..shooting from the hip..( the mechanic still works), shooting with my 636..( tried it out..that thing just sucks..or trying to find a new SX70 on ebay..( although i would rather like to buy a "miniportrait"...hmm. i shouldn´t drink and shoot..

sometimes ebay is like stardust..... 76 packs of 690 film for 140.00 gbp....... expires june 2007. the deals are out there people....

if any of you are feelin' the blues re/ thedigital revolution i got some good news... sort of... went to my pro lab who prints my commercial work and we had a long chat about digi. And they said that there is this revival in the pro world of photographers coming back to the old traditions of the craft of photography. This means polaroids, 4x5, 110, even 8 x10 work .... and I just missed a complete Sinar kit worth 10, 000 GBP go for 1250.00 on Ebay..... but this is great news of course... it means that after all the boys get over their fascination with a photocopier for a camera they will be coming back to the craft that made them a photographer in the first place....
Films cool. Use it.
