Okay, I believe I have now imported all of my polaroids from elsewhere on the web, which explains the sudden appearance of all these LA photos. The next project is scanning more images taken last year. I'm going to work on that over the next couple of days. Hopefully there aren't too many.

Today I went out and bought a Polaroid SLR 690. I was at the camera shop yesterday to drop off some 120 and noticed the camera then, priced at $150. I thought about it for a moment and then decided to pass.

Once I was home I did a little research online and realized that not only was the price terrific, but so is the camera. So when I went to pick up my photos today I scooped it up. I could barely wait to go pick it up. Once I was in the car I opened the box in order to load it with film and realized I had no idea how to open the camera so I had to go back inside the shop and have them show me LOL

I'm deeply in love with it. It makes the most satisfying clicking sound when I hit the button. Woot!

I just wanted to thank everyone who has stopped by to comment on my photos. It is very nice to be welcomed so quickly into a community. I look forward to learning a lot from everyone's creativity. I've already seen so much amazing stuff that I would never have thought of doing.
