I know it's old news, but....they have some marketing savvy, to a very limited extent...that will create buzz among a very, very thin sliver of the populace. The ceiling is very low...and in reaching it quickly, they'll get the feeling that they are shooting to the moon, when in fact they're about to crash. I've seen it soooo many times in product-marketing land. Such a bummer and a waste.

I just went to the official Polaroid 'fan' page on Facebook....and died a little on the inside.
