Happy, creative visual artist with perhaps a slightly wonky outlook on life......

I create and co-ordinate projects within the visual and media arts- photography, stop frame, graphics, illustration, film, site-specific and performance art. I have collaborated with performance based practitioners such as sound artists, actors, musicians, poets, dancers, at Whitechapel Art Gallery, London, Rymer Theatre York; Cargo, The Spitz, East London. My approach has been playful, bright visual pop exploring the bezerk and the kitsch, the plastic and the misplaced, or nostalgic and macabre. Visuals have come from many briefs, including a flow diagram for human action, folk tale poetry, random words collected from the internet,carrying out social experiments, such as a 'shop assistant styled' identity for self in london.

I love adding visual interplay to performance projects- fusing high + low tech- suitcase /robot pinhole + digital photography/film, multimedia + old school toy cameras - (holga and polaroid pinhole so far...) and projections, props, installations....try me;)
