I requested a friend of mine to use his mat coated high definition screen, came to his place with my tripod and Al Gore »link DVD Movie of "An Inconvenient Truth" »link
As explained by Al Gore in his movie »link
this photography of the earth fully lighted by the sun was shot during one of the first orbital spatial mission, this is also the first analogic photographic representation of the Earth ever made on December 11 1972.

For this specific reason the United Nation »link declared it Free of Right and protect this status.

In December 2007 PolaNoid.net member and Polaroid photographer amateur Frederic decided this picture must be physically duplicated on a Polaroid 600 film slide, emblem of vacationing photography from the past 45 years.

He wasted 1 or 2 film packs in order to obtain the desired exposure and framing.

No Photoshop or dirty trick has been used, only a little bit of scanner enhancer filter + some scratches removal to free the image from any disturbing post scanning dirts, that's it !

If you would like the exact same Polaroid at home please feel free to repeat this process by yourrself ! ;)
I am also available to answer any questions.
but its a very easy manipulation, you'll just need method and patience.

Have a great day on Earth !
