Preliminary scan to see how my new scanner is going to work... Wasn't overjoyed with the results, but I know I'll still need to play with its settings and with the software in general. This is from some very expired Polapan (90's) and is of a phragmipedium. I don't have Photoshop installed yet, so I couldn't do much to color correct or remove dust. I wouldn't, of course, use PS to edit it other than to make it look more like the print and to remove dust. Still, I liked the result.
