The Magic of Scent
scents can awake a visual memory of something we thought had long forgotten about - and they can do this even better than photographs. so we might look at photos, but they don't tell us anything, anymore.
a Polaroid is at an advantage over other photos, as our memories get connected with the emotions we have, when we hold it in hand, with the direct situation it got taken - and thus, our brain gets triggered in another way.
