reichstag, berlin-mitte.
seat of parliament, originally designed by architect paul wallot in the style of a renaissance palace. modernized by the british architect sir norman foster. my favourite new part of the building is the central glass dome - with the right light at the right time it sometimes reminds me of a stanley kubrick space-fantasy.
