The time after the first world war
This is christmas 2004. This was the christmas when I told that I was going to be father. This was the christmas when my sister called from Thailand and sad that we didn't need to worry, she was on the safe side when the tsunami arrived. This was the christmas when my grandfather, with passion told us about his childhood, about the time after the war, after the first war.
At the following christmas was he not longer there.
I miss him a lot.
