The vacant office building "Ten Towers" by the architectural firm Kiessler + Partner near Munich's Ostbahnhof (Eastern Train Station).
In the middle you see the movable staircase for maintenance work on the glass roof of the cafeteria. I really have no idea who the guy is, climbing around on the roof...
