The first picture I took on Nils' birthday party he gave in his new studio. Well, soon to be studio ;-) But there are already windows, as you can see. Him standing there, smiling at me and my polaroid. His Birthday (latvian abbreviation is dz., why this project is called 'Nildz') was one reason to get to Rīga again. In front, you see Kiki and her boyfriend. At least I guess so, again-boyfriend. I don't know. Hmm, there is some story about her, photography, what you see...she's studying optometry btw. knocked me out when she told me. respect. I even had to look in the dictionary for it. Well, anyway, again it happened. The expired film did the rest. do you believe in god? i don't. polaroid-god? maybe. but i believe in circumstances. and things we maybe can't define (yet) - but are, nonetheless.
