untitled
This roid is somewhat historical in nature. Back in 1973 I was a senior in high school, working part-time at a little portrait studio that had one corner devoted to a camera shop. One day the two owners/brothers, Skip and Frank and I, hopped in Skip's rusty 1966 Cadillac Coupe de Ville and headed for an unveiling of Polaroids's newest camera, the SX-70.
"The Sexy 70" Skip quipped, then declared "It'll never sell. Too expensive." He took one back to the shop anyway. He never sold it, but I had a good time using it. That's me on the left, the picture of self-confidence inspite of bad pants.
