sempervivum
the age of rocks always astounds me... and how lucky we are when they creep to the surface. this moor is defined by its geology, realised in granite outcrops, meaning the production of acidic soils perfect for heathers and grasses, which in turn feed the wild horses... i hope places like this live forever. sempervivum.
