jais
at my highschool, there is a tradition of throwing one of the juniors into the pond at the end of the year. the most recent victim was my friend Jais.
i was so happy i had my camera that day. the first pack of time-zero i ever bought, and only 3 pictures left.
these pictures came out better than i ever could have hoped. the manner in which the polaroid film captures these memories has so much more character than anything else that i could have done to document this yearly tradition.
i feel as if these pictures bring a physicality to my memories. almost as if the pictures look exactly like my memories do.
that's something only time-zero can do, and it's a shame that it too is only a memory.
