Seagulls, driftwood, Sandy Island
I played on Sandy Island when I was about 10- there is a mini pool on the rocky side of the island which is warm and trickles water through from the sea. On the calm side of the island, I used to clamber across driftwood and pretend I was in Swiss Family Robinson or Robinson Crusoe.
The driftwood is still here, and a few generations on seagull later, the island is as untouched as ever....
