Packfilm is very sensitive to coldness, that's why you need a metal plate in lower temperature. It's a very fiddly issue to put the plate near your body for warm-up, then throwing the undeveloped Polaroid fast as possible into the plate, putting it back to your body and finally getting the final Polaroid one min. later. Oh, I forgot: depending on the temperature, you have to overexposure up to two levels.

In short: a hilarious adventure, you know why you love Polaroid ;)
