Representations of Happiness
I had this idea for a picture - don't know why. I very rarely set up photos.
That's my Mamaw's (mother's mother's) red and white apron, which my mom just got from her parents' house a few weeks ago and gave to me. My Mamaw passed away in 1999, so it's nice to have something of hers - especially since I'm someone who likes to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and an apron can come in handy.
That's my "Bluebird of Happiness" coin bank in the background. I love it so much and sometimes I like to stick it in random photos. It's a little 1930's or 40's style bird with a little brown bowtie and a pink flower atop its head. Makes me happy to see it.
And there's an old egg basket in the rear - I don't know where it came from or who it belonged to, but I really like it.
