I bought a Polaroid 1000 at a swap meet, and after experimenting with some modified packs of 600, splurged on some sx-70 blend. I thought the camera's issues with jamming had to do with the 600 not fitting quite right, but sx-70 blend gets stuck on its way out of the camera too -- the rollers won't spit the picture the whole way out and you have to pull really hard to get them out. And then it takes pulling the film pack out and shoving it back it, and the sacrifice of an exposure (which is quite pricey when we're talkin' about a $38 twin pack) to get things moving again. And then, of course, after you take another excellent picture, the whole problem starts again. Great. Does anyone know a way to fix the rollers or whatever else is causing this jamming problem?
