I cut out a circle of 4stop ND gel and taped it to the front of my sx-70 to use 600 film. I suppose that degrades the image, as opposed to a glass filter, but I'm not skilled enough yet that that matters. you can cut a lot of little circles out of the 21 x 23" sheeet of gel (Lee #299).
