Dappled Grasses
An image of tall , wispy grasses with a heavy tree canopy overhead which allowing subtle and soft dappled lighting through the leaves.
Extensive movements on my large format view camera were exploited to pinpoint a very shallow point of focus, leaving other areas rendered nicely out of focus.

After a sodium sulphite, wetting agent and hardener bath, the negative was scanned and lith toned through Photoshop CS3.
The image was printed on Hahnemuhle's 'Museum Etching' fine art paper before being glazed with Giclee Varnish.
