The bastards! The one night I have my camera on me and am near the pavillion at night they don't light the main dome of the thing! Ruining my photo clearly. I like the one way sign.... but other than that I wasn't that impressed by the result of this....I am also baffled by what appears to be the reflection of the building because there was no surface for it to reflect in!
