(though it was not intended, seeing these four polaroids next to each other appeal like a silent commentary on the shutting down of the polaroid plants to me. so, for the sake - how ironic - of it, I leave it at that)

I knew the film would love hard sidelight and contrasts. I knew I would love it. I don't care if this is the most fragile and ephemer polaroid-film ever. I don't. I will put them carefully away, make them a bed, cover them, tender, as they are. and will scan them regularly till the day all is gone.
