Transitioning W Help Of A Willing Model
As I make my way beyond Polaroid and back into the world of standard film photography, I find myself in a world where darkrooms have long been replaced by Photoshop.

With Polaroids, Photoshop has no place. One shoots, the shot develops, never was there an opportunity for a darkroom. Retouching a Polaroid digitally just seems to absolutely defeat the beauty and magic of the medium.

That said, now that I'll be doing other shooting, I'm going to avail myself of whatever color, contrast, dodge, burn techniques that I would have had in a darkroom--only via computer manipulation. There is no crime here, as I'm not going beyond the traditional boundaries of photo adjustment.

Phew. Getting longwinded. Only getting to the point that I'm breaking my Pola rules, but only to get ready the future.
