"from time to time, as you cut across town on everyday business, this city's inherent theatricality seems to array itself before you with unusual economy, the grandness of staging almost mocking the plainness of your business." i tried to visualize berlin with certain tools, and finally found the answer to this project: polaroids.

i started this series in november 2005 with the first two plrd, added the rest yesterday (had to wait so long for another really blue sky in berlin...)
