A little more than a week ago, I was driving home when I realized that the main road leading to my neighborhood was completely shut down by the police. I could see that there had been an accident, but nothing more. Sadly, two young teenage boys were killed in a car accident there. Now there is a growing roadside memorial at the site. I took a photo of it today because a big storm is coming through and I wanted to capture this early stage of what will, no doubt, become a permanent marker.
