Thursday I had the pleasure of finally meeting Sophie. (coxinel) We've been talking bjork and polaroids since 2008! It was a strange encounter. Upon seeing each other, we embraced with hugs and touching. "You're real!" kept coming out of her mouth. Along with, "You're weird too" (Which I take as a compliment) Unfortunately, we only had about an hour to talk. She came to Pomona for two reasons. To meet me and to see Pulp at the fox theater. Luckily, before the sun died I managed to get this one shot. I already miss her and hope she returns to California soon.

When I took this polaroid, I was still in disbelief that she was standing right infront me. Which accounts for the overexposure look to it. Thankfully, Sophie leaped forward to shield/warm it.
