I have to admit I prefer older expired impossible material (bw) as I can work with it, such as it gives repeatable results with a certain charme and at at a reasonable price, compared to newer which behaves differently from shot to shot and batch to batch and it makes me despair, as for that, it's too expensive.
Same as with wine. Maybe.
