Trumpet Canopy (Reflections)

In the middle of Munich, at Georgenstraße 42, one finds a typical residential building from the 1950s. On the ground floor was the Metropol Garage, a gas station with a car repair shop and a car wash. For almost 50 years cars were refueled, repaired and washed here. Then at some point the operation was no longer economical and the Metropol Garage had to close. In 2007, the premises were renovated and have since been used as exhibition spaces for art work.
The pictures show reflections in the paint of the Porsche or in the window panes of the former cashier's office. Neighboring houses, parked cars, or the trumpet canopy can be recognized.
