There's something amusingly peculiar about how kids' emotional expressions come across with their faces still chubby and their extremities also a little stubby.
The captions are cheeky. The American interpretation of this would be that he just learned of Santa Claus being ficitious. The European interpretation could be that the kid just learned of the Holocaust.
