So I'll take back the schmancy pantsy but leave the fancy. An Eames ottoman immitation probably doesn't come cheap either. And I imagine there to be a matching imitation chair as well, eh? Maybe some day I'll feel decadent and get one myself :-) Look, only $3,125 for the whole shebang at DWR :-P

Okay, we can go with fancy! Anyway, I believe I paid 1200.00 for the chair and ottoman.... so still a chunk of change but not quite real deal dollars! People mistake it all the time as a real Eames and it is made very well, fits you like a glove! DWR is one of the places that will receive a lot of my lottery winnings when my numbers come in!

Looks like an Eames ottoman except that I've only seen those in black leather thus far - fancy schmancy pantsy!
^
ulf, you are mostly correct! This is a "copy" ot the Eames ottoman made by a company called Plycraft back in the 60's or 70's. There is a better pic of the chair in one of my earliest polas on this site. So, my pants aren't as fancy or schmancy as you think! My pants are fakes, but hopefully my butt looks okay in them.

great title for a very special picture.

LiA, thanks again, I always am kind of apprehensive about giving my pics such weighty titles in fear of it being seen as me trying to be too artsy or something.

the pale black and white tones are beautiful, your blurry son makes this a very special one - therefore fav'n'vote***

Wow! Thanks a lot! This pic, for me, kind of sums up taking pics of my son. He is weary of me always pointing cameras at him and his energy level makes it fast shooting to say the least.

Thank you, it was totally an accident... but at least a happy one!
