So why do you shave your head? What haircolor do you have? Why shave?

^ I shave my head for the aesthetics of it - because male pattern baldness has an asymmetry about it which I find displeasing. I must admit to taking pleasure in intimidating people at first sight a little also. There's an inherent threat in the austerity of a bare head which I believe all of us react to instinctively. I'm red blonde taking after my mother, who is Swedish...I suppose the hair color is more reminiscent of the Irish to most people. My facial hair and pubes are particularly red, whereas what remains of my head hair, as well as my stomach and chest hair are considerably darker...a little calico, really. Don't they say that calico cats are always female? I guess that little rule doesn't apply to humans. |
