I find this photograph extraordinary. The subtle, eerie straightness of the horizon is what gets me the most in this one.

The powerlines remind me of those shadows in Trinitron CRT displays which are so noticeable if you look for them, but since you don't want to be staring at these dumb lines on your display all day long, you learn to filter them out for your own sanity's sake. Ok, that was kinda geeky (and redundant.)

you've captured 3 great dichotomies. the first being of the fields themselves, the second between sky and earth, and finally the contrast between the natural (sky/earth) and the man-made (electric lines). sorry for over-analysis. 1 vote.

^ a freshly harvested field. you could still smell the earth. the birds hadn't come yet. this space to me is a bit of heaven. i am glad you share the opinion!
