a coincidence...i just finished reading volume 1 of the daybooks of famed photog edward weston. it's his diary of the time he was in mexico circa 1924-1925. he wrote about cloud formations a couple of times and taking photos of them. you might find it interesting yourself to read, and compare the experiences of his and yours.
