^ Aww, that's a really nice thing to say, thanks a lot! I still find taking close-up photos with the SX-70 trickier than with other SLRs, but it's getting better and better (thankfully!). Since I started this series, I've 'discarded' quite a few shots, but mostly because I was dissatisfied with the lighting. Oh, and some polas got completely stuck because the camera is too heavy for the shitty little table tripod I'm working with here, argh. And yeeeaahh, Norah HATES fruit. (; (See her comments and here. ^ LOL. The best thing about this polaroid is that it was actually (meant to be) part of my cartridge manipulation experiments. When it had finished developing, I was all, "Where the FUCK are the dots/stars/lines?!?! " .. A minute later or so, I was VERY glad that the expirment had failed. I just know that I wouldn't (have) like(d) a 'special effects' version as much as I like this picture. (: Makes me happy to know you like it, too! |
