^ Ah, now I got nervous about that in the end. The person whose house it was told me that her husband had suspected the cleaning lady of scoffing his chocolates while she was working, so he had laid out various little chocolate traps for her and discovered that his suspicions were indeed justified. After I heard that story, I began to worry about the possibility of cameras being secreted in vases, elephant-shaped TV ornaments, etc. I've been very well-behaved ever since.

^ Ah, well spotted! I'd forgotten that detail. It was a picture of the Queen when she was young, in the late 1950s (fully dressed - of course - sitting on a throne and wearing a crown).

Wonderful subject (your figure is gorgeous!) and composition with this one. The mirror and the door give this a sense of portals and secret passageways... which is something I like.

^ Thank you. The building itself gives off exactly the feeling you describe. This was taken in an old villa with lots of rooms, empty wings, additional floors, doors to nowhere and superfluous staircases. A Bluebeard sort of set-up.
