Wow. A lot of nature shots are to me, eh, kind of la-di-da. Beautiful sky. Snap. Beautiful flower. Snap. et cetera. I don't always get any palpable sense of the photographer being in the scene.

Not here. Uh uh. Definitely sense a person standing there with the snow crunching under foot and the woods & weather flowing into the camera.

^ a wonderful compliment. thank you. this was a crazy day. i almost got caught in a massive snow storm that day and barely made if off the mountain.
