it sounds like the shutter maybe a little sticky, if you give it a clean it might clear up the problem!
The shutter sticking/lag wouldn't really affect time zero film but it overexposes the faster 600.

Yeah...mine is shelved already. Can't aford spend anymore money on films. The place you sent me via link seems to be good but I'm based in UK so I guess I have to keep trying around here. At least you've got youre SLR600 !!

Got the same problem as you have but mine is even worse because I can't get no images at all !
Have you tried the new SX Blend already ?
Please let me know if you find the cure...'cause I've tried everything...

Well, I've shelved the SX-70 for the moment.
Too busy loving my SLR 680 SE!
I got the SX-70 recently and I've actually only tried 600 film in it.
But I think I'm gonna try and send it to Precision Camera to see if there's problems with it before using it again, especially with $Blend film$.
