If she were a he. If he was white rather than black. If she were rich rather than poor. Yes, images of a minority or the less advantaged are often taken as having more emotional impact. I find this fascinating as the emotion tickled isn't an emotion at all, in my eyes; it's more like a type of guilt.

As to the picture itself, which I somehow missed until now, it's a solid winner. The hair, the light, et cetera. .none of it works without that sideways glance which I'm betting is a common look found on O.

Yes, a very expressive picture. She almost reminds of a young Frida Kahlo which surely is a huge compliment. Beautiful latest images, enjoy them alot, thanks for sharing :-)

very brave.this kind of image could be defined in a very different way. i personally think the eyes have it. that and the hair framing the face..nothing else is needed. a slight shock in this very PC society but hats off for breaking the mindset
