Hummm yes ! I like your project but If I was you I will use the administrative stamp first on the back for your own classifications exigences ...and well in second I'll probably stamp again the same date on a little sticky tag that I will place underneath the pola but with a part that will pop up around the frame of the image when uploaded on polanoid.

Hope you see what I mean ? English is not my native language...
