^ Hey there, It's been a while, but if I remember correctly: - clean the rollers well... mine were pretty gunked up - make sure that you pull the paper tab almost all the way out... I think that part of the paper tab was sitting on top of the emulsion as the photo was pulled through the rollers. To avoid this, make sure that you have the tab almost all the way out before you go to pull the photo through the rollers. - I read somewhere that you should pull the photo through the rollers in about the amount of time it takes to say "Polaroid" (or some other long word of your choosing).
