love the diagonal lines here and how smooth they are- almost a sensation of movement. i own a propack, but almost never shoot with it. i can only wish that my propack shots come out like this.

a friend in riga just showed me a photo he must have taken the same days - it's nearly identical (though some colourshifts due to the polaroid are mssing of course) - so another point that I have to admit (as I already did somewhere else) it's just the fabolous light in that city. ok, one needs to be able to see it ;-) plus, 690 is nice for sunlight.
I also have my problems with the propack - I hate it on the one side (no real range- and viewfinder, just point and guess), but also love it for the fact it's full out of plastic (good if cold), with a flash and grip, so easy to carry around for all situations, snowproof (the case acts as a nice tripod, just putting the camera into the snow).
