2007-03-13 // 17:52:48 joster Buster Keaton is one of my favourite film makers of all time (I keep watching "Sherlock Jr." over and over) so of course I have to see "A Funny thing happend.." sometime. Have you seen Samuel Becketts "Film" (1964, I think) starring Keaton? Otherwise take a look at UbuWeb (www.ubu.com). He (Keaton) is really worn down in it, but it's nice to see that there's still a bit of original comedy left in him.
Have a nice day!

No, I have not seen that film, but I will definitely check it out. Thanks for the tip.
2007-03-13 // 15:36:23 joster I always wanted to see "A Funny Thing Happened..." because Buster Keaton's in it, but I haven't had a chance yet. I guess I'll just end up buying it sooner or later. Wonderful story by the way.

Thanks, joster. Buster Keaton was a truly remarkable comedian and stunt man. He often did his own stunts in the early days. Of course, by the time this movie came around he was getting up in years and there wasn't much stunt work, but it's fun to watch him, anyway. The Great Stone Face!!! 8-) Thanks for stopping by.

2007-03-05 // 19:29:07 LiA How wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing. I am glad that there are people looking back at their shared sequences together with a big loving smile and a bag full of memories and some more time to come, and to top all that, taking time together to remember and celebrate all that. Saw the picture of her, she has a nice face as well, sweet smiles. Thanks for sharing! :-)
