does manipulating polaroids only work with SX-70 film?

^ for this type of manipulation the answer is yes. many people do other types of manipulating with other films, but to push the emulsion around without breaking it this is the only choice. too bad they quit making it. there are rumors that there's a replacement coming soon. i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

i love all your manipulation skylines! you do realy a great job! i wish i know how to do it. I tryed once with the hairdryer, and i almost melt the plate under the polaz....anway, again compliments!

^ more thanks to you themonkeyking. not too much heat and don't press too hard. massage the emulsion at first to loosen it.
