This photo is beautiful! The coloring is minimal but ver interesting! How did you take the picture? Did you turn of the auto focus? Did you turn off the flash? Did you use the close-up lens?

^ I used the 1 to 1 close up stand that goes with the procam. When using that tool, the focus is automatically turned off so that it is sharp right in front of the close-up stand and not a cm far away. There are twomirors in the tool , 45° on each side that divides the flash light and provides a well balanced light, but Lou is a dog, so she moved a little bit... You can see my contribution in the tool section about this wonderfull ProCam. thanks for the compliment !

yes, I think you are right.

oh, bristles are the short hairs on her face ... that's one type of bristle; another type of bristle is the hair of a toothbrush !

i was just going to say she might know my beloved one (taken from an animal shelter), but mine is three years old and probably they didn't have a chance to meet...

^ she left Poland about 4 years from now. Her shelter was in a small city between zakopane and Krakow. Nice people, sheltering dogs and giving them for free... I insisted to give them some money, for the dogs... When I first met lou, she was living outside for a year, probably since she was born, and had a fur that made her look twice her weight...

^ and Lou says Wah Wah to Lomo (she speaks french now) ;-)
