I have to "re-see". guess till now, I'd always thought, wtf, 7up, 70's retro, and? besides? so what does1up stand for? I'm not that much into that kind of graffiti, but once documented the ones of the guy who draw the smilies all over (and at awesome place where you thought how the heck did he got there). he got badly fined for that, not fair. just smiles in daily life... in Riga those template ones (»link) are spread quite a bit »link
