how did you made the picture look like a dryed surface of sand, like in the desert.. like clods on the ground

^ I didn't - it's a pic of a sun faded and cracked sign from outside a shop that sells fireplaces. But if I did know how to make polaroids crack up like a 17th century old masters paintings I'd share the love with ya. Hmmmm... maybe if you were to remove the pola's backing and paint 'cracking' varnish (don't know exactly what it's called but painters use it to fake that 'old masters' look) directly onto the emulsion you could get this effect.
